Parking & Building Access
Daily parking is available in the Fort Brooke Parking Garage, located just north of Whiting Street. The garage is directly connected to One Tampa City Center via a pedestrian bridge on the 3rd level, providing convenient access to the building.

Driving Directions (via I-275)

• Take I-275 North or South to Exit 44 – Downtown West
• Merge onto N. Ashley Drive
• Turn left onto E. Whiting Street
• Continue on Whiting Street for approximately two blocks
• Daily parking is available north of Whiting Street in the Fort Brooke Garage and nearby parking facilities
• After parking, proceed to the 3rd level of the Fort Brooke Garage and use the pedestrian bridge to enter One Tampa City Center
