Stephen Rausa practices in all areas of insurance coverage and good-faith claims handling.  He is admitted to practice in all State Courts of Florida, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.  Stephen represents insurance carriers in coverage litigation and provides strategic guidance for complex legal disputes under commercial, professional, and personal line policies, including auto, general liability, and homeowner’s policies.

Stephen graduated from Stetson University College of Law.  Prior to entering a legal career, he was a military officer and pilot in the United States Air Force that served multiple overseas tours.  He has extensive experience in both the government and private sectors and holds FAA certifications as an Airline-Transport Pilot.
