Abraham “Abe” Oxner practices in all areas of personal injury including auto, premises liability, wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, as well as civil rights litigation. Abe is admitted to practice in all State Courts of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is an active member with the Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar Association and Claims Litigation and Management Alliance. Abe is a veteran of the United States Army.
