John "Jack" Fishman practices in all areas of personal injury including auto, premises liability, wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, as well as civil rights litigation.

Jack joined the firm after earning his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. During his time at Stetson University College of Law, Jack was a Notes and Comments editor on the Stetson Business Law Review and received the Judge Alexander Paskay Bankruptcy Award at graduation. Jack is admitted to practice in all State Courts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Hillsborough County Bar Association
