Matt Strojnowski's practice is concentrated in the area of insurance coverage and good-faith claims handling.

Matt joined the firm after earning his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. Matt is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rated Lawyer who provides insurance companies with strategic advice and solutions for complex legal disputes involving insurance matters arising under commercial and personal lines policies, including commercial general liability, auto and homeowners policies. Matt specializes in settlement of coverage and liability disputes on behalf of his clients, and his diverse skillset makes him a valuable asset at the initial notice of a claim or when he is brought in to manage ongoing complex and protracted matters.

When disputes cannot be resolved and litigation becomes necessary, Matt is prepared to aggressively defend his clients in state and federal court. Matt keeps his clients informed during all phases of litigation and collaborates with them to develop legal defenses and strategies that rapidly and successfully bring an end to the litigation process.
